Investment Committee 

Mastercraft Ventures investment process makes investment decisions using a duopoly structure. Investments need approval of the fund manager and an investment committee.

The investment committee is made up of five experienced individuals. To establish discipline for the fund manager, the investment committee’s primary responsibility is to evaluate the entrepreneur’s ability to execute their business plan and approve each new investment.

Investment opportunities inside the fund’s investment focus require 80% approval of the investment committee. Investment opportunities outside of the fund’s investment focus require 100% approval.
